Peterson, CEO & Designated Principal Mr. Peterson has over sixteen years of portfolio management experience and is well respected within the investment community. He is known for his knowledge, ethics, and fair-dealings within the industry. Prior to joining Parkway, Mr. Peterson was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a life insurance company. His responsibilities included oversight of 20 employees in four departments including, investment management, statutory accounting and reporting, information technology, and human resources. Mr. Peterson is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in accounting. Mr. Peterson is the Designated Principal and CEO for Parkway and will oversee all aspects of the firm. Mr. Peterson is a Registered Investment Adviser Representative. |

Paul B.
Ordonio, Esq. Mr. Ordonio attended Sam Houston State University and South Texas College of Law and received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Doctorate of Jurisprudence, respectively. Prior to joining Parkway, Mr. Ordonio worked with law firms specializing in securities, corporate and municipal law. Most recently, Mr. Ordonio was Vice President of MGL Consulting Corporation, a firm specializing in registration and compliance for Investment Advisors, Broker-Dealers, Investment Companies and Insurance companies. Mr. Ordonio is Vice President, Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Parkway. His responsibilities include those in the area of legal, compliance and assisting clients. Mr. Ordonio is a Registered Investment Adviser Representative. |

Theron
R. Holladay, Sr., CFA Mr. Holladay is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has over ten years of portfolio management experience. Mr. Holladay is well respected in the industry and has many contacts as well as extensive knowledge of the industry. Prior to joining Parkway, Mr. Holladay was the portfolio manager and analyst for a life insurance company. His responsibilities included portfolio trade execution, daily credit monitoring, and oversight of statutory investment accounting and reporting. Mr. Holladay is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University with a degree in finance. Mr. Holladay is the Chief Investment Officer for Parkway. His responsibilities include oversight of portfolios and the reporting functions of the office staff. Mr. Holladay is also a Registered Investment Adviser Representative. |
