Parkway provides complete turn-key investment programs for various associations within various industries. These programs involve pooled funds that allow multiple association members to commingle and invest in accordance with the applicable investment statutes and/or a particular investment strategy. The underlying investments inside the fund would follow an investment program that Parkway would devise and the association (or its designee) would approve and continuously monitor. Generally, the major fund objectives would be safety of principal and liquidity while attempting to obtain the highest returns possible from the constraints imposed by law and/or policy.
